Our orders take 5-7 days to process so please be patient after ordering ,if you have any problems you can contact us through our Instagram linked at the bottom of the page if you click on the Instagram logo . Once you order it cannot be cancelled so please make sure you order the right things , we cannot refund anything if you do not have a tag or the packaging it came in we also can’t refund you if we suspect you have worn the item out before , ,by worn out we don’t mean to try it on as that is obviously allowed ,but as in you have bought it with the purpose of wearing it to go out with friends or for an event etc and planned on returning it once you are done with it . If we suspect that is the case you will not get the refund and the item will be sent back to you .
